   Fashion Jeans wash Finishing process and operation method


Desizing. The purpose of desizing is to remove the size of the garment so as to facilitate the subsequent processing with good production conditions. Because denim is mostly made of starch or modified starch size, amylase can be used to desizing. Commonly used desizing process formula (per liter) is:BF--7658 amylase 1 to 2G, salt 2--5g, penetrant 1 to 2G, glacial acetic acid 0.5 ~ 1.5mL, softener 0--2g. Process conditions: pH value 6~7, bath ratio 1:10 - 15, temperature 50 ~ 60C, time 30min. Because of the usual alkali residue on denim, adding acetic acid to desizing bath, adjusting pH value 6~7, make BF--7658 amylase play the best performance. The softening agent is added to produce streaks for some heavy denim during desizing process.


2. Finishing with cellulase. Cellulase is fermented by a single fungus. It can hydrolyze cellulose surface and produce some water-soluble products such as short chain polysaccharides and glucose. Because the dyeing and finishing of denim is only stained on the fiber surface, cellulase can remove the dye attached to the fiber surface while partially hydrolyzing cellulose surface. According to the requirement of pH value for water bathing in the process of washing, the cellulase is divided into acidic cellulase and neutral cellulase. The best use of acidic cellulase pH value is 4.5--5.5 (pH value is more sensitive, low price). The optimum pH value of neutral cellulase was 6~8 (pH value was stable, and the selling price was higher).


Process conditions: cellulase 1% to 1.5% (weight of clothes), pH value 4.5 to 5.5 (acid enzyme), 6~8 (neutral enzyme), treatment time 45 ~ 120min, temperature 50 ~ 60C, pumice stone 0 ~ 0.5kg/kg clothing (according to the old degree), bath ratio is 1:10 to 15. The use of cellulase to wash the stone mill can greatly reduce the amount of pumice (only about 25% of the original pumice), or even without pumice. At the same time, it can increase the washing capacity of the washing machine and reduce environmental pollution. Because of the decrease of pumice grinding on clothes, the clothes after washing are soft, natural and bright. In the process of stone washing, indigo dye dropped off in the water bath, with a pH below 6, which has obvious color change phenomenon, resulting in the blue and white contrast style of the denim seam with blue and white contrast. When pH is above 7 in water bath, the phenomenon of color change will decrease obviously. Therefore, neutral cellulase is suitable for high grade clothing finishing. Acidic cellulase can be used for low grade and various stone rinsing processes.


3. Biologic polishing Arrangement. Polishing finishing can be used as a polishing enzyme. It is a protein with special catalysis on the 1, 4 - beta glucose bond of cellulose. Its enzyme molecule is one thousand times larger than that of water molecule, so it can not penetrate into the fiber. Hydrolysis can only be carried out on the surface of cellulose fibers or near the 1.4 - P glucose bond.


Biological polishing finishing prescription: biologically polished enzyme 0.5% to 2% (weight of clothes), temperature 45~55 degrees, time 30 to 60min, penetrant 0.5g/L, pH value 4.5 to 5.5 (98%HAc0.5mL per liter and 0.5g adjustment by sodium acetate), bath ratio of 1:10 to 15. After finishing with biologically polished enzyme, the surface fuzz is hardly seen, and it is not easy to produce pilling. The moisture absorption, drapability and handle of clothing are improved obviously. Control the weight loss of clothes by 3% to 5% method to judge the effect of finishing, and there is no excessive damage to the strength. However, after bipolishing finishing, some of the color changes are more significant.


Fourth, non iron finishing of pure cotton garments. Pure cotton clothes should be thoroughly desalted, washed, neutralized and cleaned before ironing. Because alkali can cause the catalyst to lose its function.


The formula of ironing resin finishing is: LF--2 resin (American sun products) 100 to 130g/L, 531 (magnesium chloride catalyst) 25g/L, double amino silicone emulsion AV--910 40-60g/L, non-ionic penetrant 2 ~ 4g/L, bath ratio 1:5 ~ 10, room temperature 10 - 20min.


   Technological process After the clothes are soaked, they are dehydrated (with liquid rate 70% - 80%) and then dried (65 to 5% degrees below 5% to 10%). After ironing and finishing, the clothing can meet customers' needs in terms of handle, elasticity, crease resistance and residual formaldehyde content (below 100mg/kg).
