Professional product salesmen, in my opinion, need a very professional product knowledge system to think that they are faced with a very professional staff. If they are just scraping together some ordinary salesmen, it is difficult to sell professional products without knowing the product information.

In many foreign professional companies, they have training on product knowledge for our product salesmen. Only by fully understanding the relevant information, parameters and performance indicators of the products they want to sell, can they be invincible in the sales process.


 


Many of the sales engineers now can be called technical engineers in the field.

Let me take an example that I contacted. The company in Belgium is known for its production of cable boards. Their sales engineers all over the world have to carry out systematic product knowledge training, so that their salesmen not only have changeable sales skills, but also have more professional knowledge of products. In the same period of competition, users will definitely prefer to be more professional.
